1. What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for purchase in advance. These items will be shipped once they become available.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Time

All pre-order items will be dispatched within [2-3 /weeks] from the order date.
Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and delays may occur due to production or shipping issues.

 

3. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order.
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

 

4. Order Cancellation

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • In case of unavoidable issues (e.g., stock unavailability), we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

 

5. Refund & Exchange

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The product is not delivered within a reasonable extended timeframe.
    • The order is cancelled by us.
  • Exchanges (if applicable) can only be requested after delivery, based on our standard exchange policy.

 

6. Shipping Policy

  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available.
  • Alternatively, partial shipping may be offered (extra charges may apply).

 

7. Product Variations

Due to lighting, photography, or production differences, slight variations in color or design may occur. These are not considered defects.

 

8. Customer Responsibility

By placing a pre-order, you agree to:

  • Wait for the stated delivery timeline
  • Accept possible delays
